Devlog - Upload my free demo

I started Hex Harmony in June 2025. It’s my first game developed entirely solo — I’m in charge of the game design, programming, art, and even the marketing. I’ve taken my time to iterate, test, and adjust the gameplay through many playtests, and today I’m finally reaching a version of the game that I’m truly satisfied with.
For the Improve My Game Jam 42, I decided to publish a free demo. My goal is simple: to gather as much feedback as possible, collect honest opinions, and build a community of players who want to follow the evolution of the project.
For this demo, I’ve included:
- 18 levels that establish the core gameplay
- an English translation (yes, I’m a French developer)
- a save system
However, there are still important elements missing — especially the entire sound design, which is my priority for the next few days.
That’s it for this short devlog! If you’re interested, I’m also sharing my devlogs as videos on YouTube (in French only for now). Thanks to everyone who tries the demo and takes the time to share their impressions with me.
See you soon!
